The GLÜCKSMOMENT apartment is a spacious, three-level maisonette located in Seekirchen am Wallersee, near Salzburg. With plenty of space, a clear layout, and several private areas, the accommodation is ideal for families, friends, or small groups.

 

The entrance area includes a cloakroom, a separate guest toilet, and a first bedroom. A staircase leads to the open-plan living area with a kitchen . The spacious dining area forms the heart of the apartment and invites you to cook, eat, and relax together.

 

The maisonette layout provides a pleasant separation between living and sleeping areas. A total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms are available.

 

Air conditioning is available in selected rooms, providing additional comfort on warm days. However, air conditioning is not available throughout the entire building.

 

The house includes a shared pool area (outdoor pool approx. 10 x 5 m) with sun loungers. The pool is available for the use of all guests and is open seasonally (usually May to September, weather permitting). There is no lifeguard on duty.

 

The apartment is fully equipped – from the kitchen and living areas to the bathroom and bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Please bring your own personal belongings, toiletries, and groceries.

 

The location combines quiet living in a green setting with good infrastructure and proximity to the city of Salzburg – ideal for relaxation, excursions to the Salzburg Lake District or city visits.
