The house
Premium House 678 combines apartments SIX, SEVEN, and EIGHT into a holiday home for up to 10 guests. The approximately 205 m² of living space is spread over three floors, connected by an internal staircase. The entire house is rented exclusively to your group.
There are a total of six separate bedrooms – two each on the ground floor, first floor, and attic. Three bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, as well as a separate guest toilet, complete the amenities.
Living and cooking
Each floor has its own kitchen and living area. The central gathering place is in Apartment SIX on the ground floor. There, the large dining table seats all 10 guests. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and cutlery for the entire group.
outdoor areas
The house includes a private garden of approximately 180 m², a terrace of approximately 16 m², and two balconies. All outdoor areas are exclusively for the use of your group during your stay.
Location and mobility
The house is situated in a quiet side street, yet centrally located in Seekirchen am Wallersee. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and the train station are all within easy walking distance. Salzburg, Lake Wallersee, and the Salzburg Lake District are easily accessible from here.
The Guest Mobility Ticket is included and allows you to use public transport free of charge throughout the state of Salzburg.
