Villa Seekirchen is a spacious accommodation in Kraiham near Seekirchen am Wallersee – in a quiet location close to Salzburg. The villa offers plenty of space for stays with family or friends and combines several comfortable living units under one roof.

 

The house extends over three floors and features several living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, terraces and private garden areas.

 

The villa can accommodate up to 18 people, making it ideal for large groups or shared getaways.

 

The ground floor features two entrances, cloakrooms, and living areas with fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and sofa corners, as well as sleeping accommodations and bathrooms. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace and garden.

 

Upstairs there are additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a further dining and living area with a kitchen. A large terrace invites you to relax outdoors.

 

The attic offers additional sleeping and living spaces with an open feel thanks to exposed wooden beams and a well-thought-out room layout.

 

Air conditioning units are installed in selected areas throughout the villa to ensure a pleasantly temperate indoor climate on warm days.

 

The house includes a shared swimming pool in the garden (outdoor pool approx. 10 x 5 m) with sun loungers. The pool area is open seasonally (depending on weather and temperature).
