​Villa Seekirchen is a spacious holiday villa in Kraiham near Seekirchen am Wallersee, quietly located close to Salzburg. It offers generous space for shared stays with family, friends or larger groups and combines multiple residential units under one roof.

The property extends over three floors and features several living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, terraces and private garden spaces.

Overall, the villa accommodates up to 18 guests, making it ideal for large groups, retreats or multi-family stays.

On the ground floor, there are two entrances, wardrobes and living areas with fully equipped kitchens, dining areas and lounge corners, as well as bedrooms and bathrooms. From the living areas, guests have direct access to the terrace and garden.​The upper floor offers additional bedrooms, bathrooms and a further dining and living area with kitchen. A large terrace invites guests to relax outdoors.​The attic provides further sleeping and lounge areas with open wooden beams and a spacious layout.

In selected areas of the villa, air conditioning ensures comfortable indoor temperatures during warm days.

A shared outdoor pool (approx. 10 x 5 m) with sun loungers is available in the garden during the summer season (weather and temperature dependent).
