Our villa is the ideal starting point for both active vacationers and those seeking relaxation.

 

Right in front of the house, there are 4 reserved parking spaces for your vehicles. A small bus can also be accommodated in our parking area. Our Villa Seekirchen offers approximately 600 m² of living space for up to 20 people. Spanning three floors, you’ll find all the rooms and amenities you need for a cozy stay. Here’s a brief overview of the rooms by floor:

 

Ground Floor:

- 2 entrance doors

- Entrance areas with wardrobes

- 2 open-plan living areas with fully equipped kitchens and dining areas (one seats 8 people and the other seats 4), and in the smaller living room, there is 1 sofa bed

- Access to the terrace and garden as well as the large pool area

- 2 bedrooms

- 3 guest toilets

- 2 bathrooms

 

Upper Floor:

- 6 bedrooms

- 1 balcony

- 3 bathrooms

- 1 fully equipped kitchen with an open dining area (seats 12), with access to the terrace

 

Second Floor:

- 1 bedroom, workspace, and 1 bathroom

- 1 living area with TV and 2 styling areas

 

Our shared pool area features a outdoorpool (10x5 m) with seating and lounge chairs for a relaxing time in the sun. The pool is open from May until September (daily from 8 am to 8 pm) depending on weather conditions and external temperatures.

 

In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your daily needs. You only need to bring your personal items, toiletries, and groceries. Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
